My story. I had $10,000 worth of work that needed to be done, I make very little money so my 90 year old Dad offered to pay it with his credit card. It took about 7 months to complete all the work. The dentist Dr. Conzati was very good, but they had the most important piece of work done by a part time lady with the initial J. who did all the work on a bridge. She was awful. She dug and dug to get the string wrapping done, and then made a temporary that didn't fit right, so I went home to 2 weeks of being in pain because the temp left raw gum exposed. The final bridge came in and she installed it and guess what, the bridge also left some raw gum exposed. Its more than a year later its not gotten any better. I complained and they didn't seem to care. It was a bad job and she didn't seem qualified in my opinion. Stay away from these chain franchise dentists, they are not responsible because its not their office. Find a local dentist who has his or her's own business, so you don't get someone else working in your mouth who maybe they are just trying out. I think they should do the whole damn thing over at their expense but dentists don't do that, they make you pay for their mistakes.....
