It all began with me telling the receptionist to make sure my insurance will cover all that was being done. About one month later I get a call from the rude receptionist stating that I owed about $887.. I told her that I had paid $300 for my out of pocket, receptionist had put the money on my boyfriends account! How can a place say they are professional if they can't even get their numbers right. My root canal also hurt for a long time( pain usually last 2-3 days). My boyfriend ended up paying $600 out of pocket because they didn't call the insurance to make sure what needed to be paid. I will never go back to this place. Plus the doctor was talking about horses to her assistant while doing work on me. It was just annoying, I felt like she wasn't concentrated on my tooth. People pls dnt come to this dental place.

They gave me two typical fillings and screwed up on both. After 3 months of only being able to eat soft food and 6 visits later I decided to get a second opinion. The new clinic said they didn't let the tooth dry completely before putting in the filling. This caused the filling to not bond correctly, hence the pain. Since my insurance will only pay for those teeth to get fillings once in 5 years I have to pay out of pocket. What an expensive mistake.
