I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
