The most thorough exam I ever had! Then they explained the difference between the needed care - broken filling and gum inflammation - and my cosmetic fillings that I asked about. I was provided a written fee quote and an insurance estimate. They even made a point to explain cosmetic fillings that are just for looks are not covered by my insurance..

I had bad exp. on this office since they just do service without caring the insurance coverage. Eventhough I keep asking whether the insurance would cover or not, they just answered "yes" without checking my insurance. Later I received their bill that I had to pay 100% from my pocket for the service.
