I first saw this provider as an emergency visit just a couple weeks after I moved to Virginia from California. The staff got me in right away and always calls me to remind me of upcoming appointments. They accommodate my schedule whenever possible. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and very competent. The dentist is very conscious of keeping the pain level at a minimum and usually there is no pain at all. The whole staff provides a very pleasant atmosphere so semi-annual visits are a 'want to', not a 'have to' now. I highly recommend this provider if you are looking for a competent dental office in Richmond.
