I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. After years (10+) of using Dr. Brokaw my son got sick missed school and so I needed to reschedule an appointment. Since they are closed on Friday and his appointment was Monday I left a message on Friday that I would call Monday. When I called they told me I would have to pay a $55 rescheduling fee since I gave less than 48 hours notice!! What poor customer service. They have made plenty of money on my family of 4 over the years and now wanted to charge a $55 fee to reschedule! Ridiculous!
