They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.
