$350 service charge for emergency. Tried to up sell services that would have amounted to an additional $2500. Would not guarantee temporary work to fix emergency problem. In waiting for 5 hours before service rendered.

It is difficult to express how ghastly my experience with Dr. Kirksey was. I saw him for a teeth cleaning and orthodontic evaluation, and left his office in tears. Dr. Kirksey used information in my medical history to launch a personal attack against me and insult me repeatedly. He pushed his own agenda (which had absolutely nothing to do with teeth) and gave me unsolicited medical advice that directly opposed the counsel of two of the best specialists in the DC area - doctors, mind you, who ACTUALLY GRADUATED FROM MEDICAL SCHOOL. I couldn't get a word in edgewise to tell him he was way off base. At one point he said, "You can't trust doctors to tell you what you need to hear. I'll tell you what you need to hear!" He got in my face and only intensified his verbal attack when I started to cry. He was between me and the door. I absolutely felt threatened. His tirade lasted for several minutes. Horrifying.
