Dr. Taylor provides excellent care as do the dental hygienists, but his receptionist/secretary Donna (works Mondays and Tuesdays) is rude and incapable of filing an insurance claim properly.

If you are going to make an appointment, call on Wednesdays and Thursdays and speak with Jenny. She's professional and courteous. Remember to make your appointments for Wednesdays or Thursdays as well. Otherwise you will regret it.

Charges way more than other local dentists I have checked. Teeth cleaning was 50% higher than I am quoted elsewhere. Dr. Taylor says no one has complained, apparently not realizing I was complaining. If you are rich, Dr. Taylor may be for you. Otherwise phone around
