They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my appointment. They failed to schedule my appointment after sending me an appointment card and then made it out to be "no big deal" that it happened and not taking the blame, only stating that they couldn't help computer crashes and it wasn't their fault. My appointment time was for 8:30 and the building was locked. It was 8:40 before they showed up! Had I canceled my appointment with them they reserve the right to bill me. I showed up for the appointment, missed 1.5 hours from work and still didn't have my teeth cleaned. No real apology, just it isn't our fault! I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I'm pretty angry. I didn't get anything useful out of my appointment with this provider. No one will hear anything good from me!

I have been a patient for many years. Dr. Sasala treats my children and grandchildren. We trust him completely.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Absolutely! They were very entertaining!
