I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. They didn't do too much to welcome me, but maybe they were busy. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me.
Had a tooth extracted & wanted to keep the tooth ...the assistant said she'd clean it up and give to me after the procedure. Convienently she "forgot" and threw it away said she'd "look for it when she wasn't so busy". I would bet she never looked and all I wanted was my tooth that I paid alot for a root canal 2 years ago. Could I just throw away her paycheck and then tell her I'll look for it later and decide she doesn't really need it anyway? How would she feel?
