I just feel Dr. Levin Stanley is a tough person. I asked him to repeat what he said once. Then he immediately showed anger to me and put his fingers harder than normal on my teeth to explain what he said. I was scared and left without treatment.

I had an emergency situation with infection and needing retreatment of a root canal. This office took me in on emergency basis. However, Dr. Levin's shot was the roughest and most cruel I have ever experienced as a veteran in the dentist chair. I also believe he gave insufficient antibiotics for the infection, and the pain was excruciating, requiring a full week out of work and on percocet. I even went back in before schedule to express concern (between meds) and they said this was normal. I have since found out that root canal retreatment should not be this painful or take this long to get back to work. Since then too, I believe I have some nerve damage in certain places in my mouth due to the shot-giving (it was as if he was shooting up a horse in the rear). I never got rid of the infection and have now had to have another procedure with a quality endodontist. I will never return and hope to save others the pain and misery. I am surprised others have not shared their concerns about this practice.
