I did not feel very comfortable when I saw this dentist. The staff was not very friendly. They charge you if you don't keep your appointment (as stated on their website)--that would be fair, except that I tried to cancel my appointment in advance and they only had an answering machine, so I left a message and they said this did not count and charged me. My daughter (5 years old) specifically wanted to see a female dentist, so I took her to Dr Burton and after the check-up, we made an appt. to get her cavity filled. However, the day of the appt., Dr Burton didn't show up and she had a male dentist replace her, but she had not told us about it. My daughter was very upset. Overall, I did not have a good experience at this dental office.
