I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.

They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
