The nurse that did the cleaning was a little rude. I felt as if she didn't believe how often I brushed. The doctor was extremely rough. I have never bleed as much at a dentist visit before. The doctor didn't really attempt to make conservation. I have to go back for a filling and I'm truly concerned because of how rough he was.

I was very, very disappointed with this dentist. I took my significant other, who had a broken tooth. The dentist asked him if he was ready to have it pulled, without giving him any other options. When inquired, he gave a sheepish "oh, well, you could have it bridged or get an implant." He then informed my boyfriend that he had a serious infection, THEN, for absolutely no reason, that he could not have pain medication because pain medication doesn't "do anything" for tooth pain. With that, he sent us on our way, with a very expensive procedure scheduled the following Tuesday. By Friday, my boyfriend was keeled over in pain, and it wasn't going away, so I took him to an emergency dental facility. They took care of him immediately - antibiotics to clear out the infection, a shot of novocaine to dull the pain, and a prescription for pain. Not only that, they informed us that he didn't need a bridge or implant at all! He only needed a crown. Do NOT go to Premier Dental. They wrote my boyfriend off as a junkie who just wanted pain pills because he has long hair, and did nothing for him. The dentist even acknowledged that he had an infection, and gave him nothing for it! By the time we got the antibiotics he needed, the infection had traveled halfway up his face. Premier Dental should NOT be in business is this is how they treat their customers. By simply going to another dentist, our bill is half the price and my boyfriend actually got the care he needed.
