Dr. Magness was generally dismissive of me. He and his staff did not offer any explanation as to the size and location of my cavities. I had to ask about the degree of decay and the location of my cavities, and I had to request to see the the x-rays. I had to request two follow-up appointments to have my bite adjusted and it is still off, and I believe this problem is causing issues with my jaw. They misreported what I paid to the insurance company and failed to tell me they overcharged me. The receptionist rarely answers the phone and I usually have to leave a message. It takes days to resolve any issues. I am now searching for another dentist.
