I have been going to McKay Dental for several years , If you are looking for reasonable rates, professionalism, honesty, minimal or no waiting and super positive dentists and support staff then look no further. McKay dental is all that and then some. I am a retired individual with no dental insurance and believe me when I say that there are always options to choose from. I have also had dental implants which I thought I could never afford and came to find out that you can get implants and it can be reasonable. McKay dental will work with individuals in regards to the financial end of it. I promise you that you will surely love your experiences with the dentists at Mckay Dental Oh and they speak spanish also.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I was not satisfied with my visit... not much was accomplished and I felt confused and uneasy upon leaving.

Well, I never made passed the reception desk! They had issues verifying my Insurance. Which is stupid because my co-worker was the one, who referred me to this office said great compliments about the staff and dentist. I have been getting the run around with that lady from the front desk. To find out after calling my insurance I am covered and their office is in my plan.
