I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.

[Note: Dr. Almond has two offices--one downtown and one in West Jordan. I've been to both, but I usually go to the downtown office. I pasted this same review for his downtown office.]

I have been a patient of Dr. Almond's for more than five years. All of my experiences there have been good. Try as I might, I can't think of anything negative about his practice.

Because of neglect and genetics, I have bad teeth. But through good hygiene and Dr. Almond's help, my teeth are doing remarkably well. So long as I live in Utah, I will be going to Dr. Almond.
