They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office can be tricky to find, but now I know to look for it. I don't like that they don't call to confirm appointments ahead of time like our Pediatrician's office does. Also, a few times in the past the wait has been very long. More recently, that seems to have improved. Lately, our main complaint is that there are alot of little hooligans running around the waiting room and, while they haven't hurt our children, we've witnessed some very bad behavior. The parents sit on the other side of the waiting room, away from the toys, and have no idea what their children are doing.

I have always had a good experience at this office. They are friendly and prompt. The office is always clean and for the most part the front office is polite. 3 of my children have gone there since they were babies and they love going to the dentist!
