They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
