Highly disappointed. I feel Dr. Bartholomew repaired a tooth that did not need repair. The tooth he re crowned was only 3 years old and my insurance did not cover the cost. I was never told by the dentist or his staff. I was told by the office the insurance wouldn't cover an x-Ray. I thought the crown was just that expensive. Never questioned him or the staff - just being trusting. After the replaced crown was in and giving me problems I had difficulty getting an appointment. That's when I called the insurance and found out the crown was not being covered. Now I'm stuck with finding a new dentist to get yet the 3rd crown on the same tooth within a 4 year period of time. My trust with dentist is at an all time low.

I have been seeing Dr. Bartholomew since he began dentistry and he was terrific from the beginning but like a fine wine he gets better with time. His staff is terrific and he has a gentle touch. I use to be nervous to go see a dentist but not anymore. One of the most reassuring things about Dr. Bartholomew is he is a dentist that I trust. He's not just saying you have X cavities and need X root canals to make the next car payment on his luxury car. He takes his time to explain and show you what is going on and what actions are required. He is fair in his pricing as well. I would and have recommended Dr. Bartholomew to many patience and they have always come back and said what a terrific dentist he is! I have to drive a ways to get there but it is worth the drive! .... QJ
