Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.
Rose is the front desk Manager, she is very rude and is not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. I really like the dentist and the Hygienist, but the front desk staff and the manager makes me want to change my mind about coming back here again.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
