I am older and had a lot of work to be done. The dentist was very judgemental and acted like I had the plague or something. I went there because they accepted my insurance. I myself am a retired professional and did not appreciate his lack of respect or kindness.

I am an educator in Odessa and I speak from the heart when I tell you stay away from this place. I visted this dentist in my efforts to find a preferred in network providor that worked with Concordia's insurance because that is what ECISD provides us with. Huge mistake on my part. After xrays I was taken to a partitioned room where I waited over 30 minutes. The dentist and and an assistant came in and did a brief evaluation. He told me that I had eight cavities and fillings that needed to be completely replaced. I couldn't believe it. I was so upset that I left without continuing. A month later I visited my orignal dentist that is not a preferred network dentist and didn't say anything other than "it didn't work out at the other dentist office" When he completed his evaluation he told me. "There is nothing wrong with your teeth. Everything looks very well. Good job and good maintenance on your teeth." To make a long story short, I am baffled how Dr. Baldawi the dentist at the Mall was ready to charge me and my insurance company big money for something I clearly did not need. All I can say is be very careful with this place especially if you have insurance.
