I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
