I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Be prepared for confusing billing statements, and even when it was pointed out- not one call was returned over a month's time of trying to find out what was wrong and why my partials were not back as promised. Also why the partials I bought on their recommendation 6-7 years previously were now so obsolute they could not be repaired as promised then, and on this visit.
This all happened when going in for root removal from a broken tooth (not done) and after waiting for over 2 hours to see a dentist. A Rx for 1 week of antibotics was given at that time. Another adjointing tooth broke at gum line while waiting the not two weeks.. but three weeks (when I started calling) for dental surgery, partial fitting, and extraction. I thought I would never get any of my money back, and indeed was charged about $45 difference between what my Insurance company paid, and I had paid up front.
In fact, the the emergency work was done elsewhere.. TWO gum surgerys now, for about 1/3rd what I was asked to pay up front here.
