The above post is obviously written by a competitor in the area. If this person had EVER stepped foot in this office, they would know it was the best office in East Texas. It's the most professional office with the most caring staff. The last lines give it away. You've heard through other offices and by word-of-mouth to stay away from this office? That's laughable. They're the most knowledgeable and talented dentists in East Texas. Everyone in Tyler, Lindale, Van, Mineola, and Canton knows that!

Took two or three attempts to call them. I asked to come in due to a cracked tooth that became infected causing considerable pain. They did get me in that day, so I can't complain too much about them being an hour later than advertised. They took several Xrays, their service was terrible though. They laughed at the condition of one of my teeth (I was never brought to a Dentist as a child and am desperately trying to correct it), were generally derisive, and rushed us out of the door.
They also told me pretty much what I already knew (Inflamed, infected tooth), couldn't keep straight which tooth was hurting me, and did nothing to make the problem better. No antibiotics to handle the bacterial infection, no painkillers (Which I'm fine with, ibuprofen works well enough in high amounts). I would not go back. Though according to other dentist offices in the area and some word of mouth I've been hearing it's my fault for going there in the first place. Live and learn, right?
