This place is the WORSE! A couple of the hygienists are nice...the dentist appeared to be knowledgeable...I found this place on a whim (we are new to Katy area) and the last dentist (rec from a friend was someone who needed to go back to dental school...but I digress) for my hubby...we went in and she told him he needed a extraction and a replacement to the ones she removed however she didn't explain clearly on what he was getting....they ended up giving him some "bridge" while he was thinking he was getting something else,

"I'm not wearing these false teeth I gotta soak at night!"...i yi yi...he called them to see what else could be done, no one has called him back to date (that was over 2 months ago) and now he's having bleeding issues in the same spot...goodness..

In the midst of all that I went to her for a cleaning and they gave me every dang X ray they could charge for...geesh!!...and the dentist had the nerve to tell me...'hmmm you have an extensive overbite and you might want to consider braces" (although I have already had them and have been told by many dentist that my teeth are very nice and look natural after the braces...) Im like WHAT THA???....

Then she says it looks like I grind...which I may, so I get fitted for a plastic guard from the very large "Pink" wanna be looking hygienist who was one of the worst I have EVER encountered...she was clumsy, slapping the molds in my mouth with the cement stuff dripping everywhere...didn't even attempt to make me comfortable (tells you a lot about this place from its workers) this chick here must have seen one too many daytime paraprofessional training school commercials between watching Jerry and Maury...omg...she shouldn't have made that call.

Anyhoo, it's been over 2 months and no one has called me back either to fit in that night guard (nor my hubby)...I called them today...going in at 11am..I will update again...but believe me it will be the LAST time these shady shades will ever see me.

Goodson does not provide you with financial info until long after your procedure. I went to her because of a flyer in the mail. I should have only paid $60 for my appointment, but because I HAD insurance, they ended up charging me $240. I've tried to get it straightened out and the receptionist is quite rude. At this point I'll take it as a lesson learned, and do what I can to put the word out....Her practice is a scam. I felt like I was being sold a used car.
