Dr. Koo is a cocky arrogant little man with a short fuse and an inferiority complex. Don't move a muscle when he is in your mouth because he very well may snap at you like he has at me. His wife may put up with that however I won't! I had previously found Dr. Koo's office to be generally acceptable however after having to cancel a cleaning appointment I find them to be vile and generally bad business people. I cancelled my cleaning appointment 7 hours in advance and two days later got a letter in the mail with a copy of their contract I signed telling me there would be a $50.00 cancellation fee for not giving them at least 48 hours notice! SERIOUSLY if my little cleaning appointment cost them that much business then they certainly don't need mine. I'll find a dentist who is more understanding of their client's schedules.
