I was very disappointed in this establishment, I have gone most of my life with no dental work do to lack of money and or insurance so i was very excited to get work done and my teeth fixed. Since I never really visited a dental office I did my best to keep my teeth up till I could afford to visit a dental office Now when i arrived for my first visit every thing was great friendly staff and I was pumped. During the work Mr Alaniz was not to friendly in fact he seemed annoyed by me, and my lack of knowledge I guess. He mentioned that one of my teeth either need a root canal or had been one in the past, I stated no I have not had a root canal and instead of helping me understand what he was talking about he simply stared at me with a blank condescending STARE. i have worked in the service industry my whole life always dealing with the public, and many many times the thought they where right about subjects I Knew about since it was my job to know, but instead of making them feel stupid i helped them understand. Still after being made to feel like and idiot I decided to give it one more go maybe he was having a bad day. I scheduled a cleaning and was stating to the clerk that i had never had a professional cleaning and i repeated that statement a few times due to my nerves. When from the back of the dental office I hear in a very VERY sarcastic Voice FROM Alaniz him self "THANK for saying that to me REALLY THANKS",
At this moment i felt disgusting and embarrassed. And never returned.I may not be the best looking mouth out there but I floss as much as i can and try to maintain my dental health. Thank you for makeing me feel horrid



The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
