Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. My teeth cleaning felt kind of rushed. I was hoping they would clean them a little better. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.
