This facility has several problems: 1) Parking lot is very small; 2) Receptionist barely cordial; 3) Waiting area small & cramped, may fit 20 people; 4) Can hear everything that occurs in the front area. Heard 2 conversations between patient and dental assistant or office worker pertaining to personal information. Door was closed but the office area is wide open and door has vent panel on it; 5) Appointment at 11:00 - arrived 10 min early to do paperwork and then waited until 11:40 to leave without seeing a dentist.
