I took my kids to this dentist and my 5 year old was gagging about to throw up and the dentist has the nerve to tell him to shut his mouth and was trying to push it shut. I will never take my kids back there, I don't recommend this dentist at all no one should do that to a child.They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
