They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
