They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. Their office and work areas were quite and peaceful. They never make me feel that I am being rushed even when my problems were worse than expected. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
