We went to Dr. Kent with General Dentistry Center at the suggestion from neighbors, and are very pleased with the results. Though Dr. Kent's (and Dr. Gray's) second-opinion diagnosis wasn't especially different from others', their recommended treatment methods (in-house), reasoning, timing and even cost were a pleasant surprise. Dr. Kent has realistic expectations about the home-care their patients can achieve. GDC dentists can perform rather complex procedures and treatments in the office, so patients may not need to go to a specialist. Staff members are extremely well coordinated, efficient and helpful, and use modern equipment and techniques, and adjust their approach per the patient. They have good info flow with insurance providers, ample appointment availability and even use text messaging (if you like). The office features a waiting room TV and variety of reading materials, and some wonderful photography. We recommend Dr. Kent and GDC for basic and more involved procedures for oral health.

I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
