I generally wouldn't bother with what I can only call a "middle of the road" review, but the other review out here was so (in my mind unnecessarily) negative, that I wanted to balance the scales a bit.

They have only fair hours. They don't do weekends, or evenings, but can get you in pretty early in the morning if you need that.

Care seems quite good, though I personally have not had them do anything exotic. They are reasonably thorough and have appropriately modern and well-maintained equipment.

The office staff is very friendly, and I like the current set of hygienists. To be fair, I'm a pretty light touch in this respect, I generally get along with folks. On the other hand, they did let me bring my two-year old in for an "exam" knowing full well that they were not prepared to treat her in any way. I wish they had just referred me out to a pediatric dentist up front.

The office is about as punctual as any medical office I'm in these days. I have had good and bad days, but neither consistently.

They handle my insurance effortlessly. I'm sure this varies by carrier, but my personal experience has been excellent.

The facility is typical. It is in a strip mall, but is fairly new, clean, and attractive.

Costs seem to be in-line with the local market. (Everything in The Woodlands is a little pricier than it might be elsewhere.) Most services are falling within the allowed amounts covered by my insurance. Some of their value added services, like teeth whitening, seem a little high...but this is typical for the area.

Overall, I'd call them "OK".

These guys do not check with your insurance company to see how much you will have to pay. Consequently they charge you most of the bill and end up owing you money which they do not refund unless you ask for it. Typical medical ripoff.
