We had been going to this dentist for a couple of years. They were extremely kind and seemed to be a good Christian team. I went in for a bridge and everything went down hill from there. I went in 8 times in a two week period because I was in EXTREME pain and the dentist seemed annoyed and would NOT listen to me. Kept telling me it wasn't pain it was sensitivity. After passing out because of the pain and my face extremely swollen and red I had to go to another dentist. I had an abscess that was so bad it was going up behind my eye. I will NOT be going back and I highly recommend you do NOT use this dentist. He will tell you over and over he is a better dentist than most. If you are good at what you do you should NOT have to tell people. He let his ego get in the way of helping me. He kept telling me he knew what pain was because he had been doing this for 34 years. He was unbelievably nice at first, but if you tell him you are having any problems he becomes extremely unprofessional and rude.
I was scheduled for a bridge (in this dentist office they laser your gums) then they scheduled me for a cleaning right after. She kept telling me I was just too sensitive when she would poke at my gums that had just been lasered.
The receptionist called trying to schedule another appointment and claimed they had NO IDEA I was in pain. Even after seeing me so many times with a swollen face and me begging them to help me.
Keep yourself from having to go through this, I am not the only person either.
