There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
