These people do not return phone calls, ignore messages, even specific ones that ask for action, e.g. "My son Bill Smith, date of birth 1-1-01, has a toothache. Please call me to make an appointment as soon as possible."

They have held a credit balance on my account for over a year and refused to apply it to any charges. They always have a suggestion about some expensive work that needs to be done when I come for a checkup, but they missed a problem in one of my children that resulted in an emergency visit.

The only efficient part of the office is the part where they collect your money. They have engaged in balance-billing of insurance. A truly bad group of practitioners.
