They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I MOVED TO ANOTHER CITY ABOUT 7 HOURS AWAY AND DO NOT USE DR. KAREN BUT I MAY HAVE TO DRIVE THE 7 HOURS JUST TO USE HER SERVICES AGAIN BECAUSE I THINK SHE IS THAT AWESOME. I HAVE HAD BAD EXPIRIENCES HERE WITH MY PRESENT DENTIST. I USED TO LIVE IN BRYAN AND AM VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE TOWN. IT WOULD BE A GOOD ROAD TRIP.
