They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
