I have been visiting this dentist for the past 15yrs, and now my son who is 3 uses him, he has always been up front and told me what was wrong and how important it is. like just today he told me I needed to fix a few things but its no hurry but to make sure to get it taken care of and he was very helpful with everything.
my son is 3 and they put on the TV for him and the office girls entertained him while I was getting my cleaning. then when it was my son's turn to get a cleaning, Dr. Shadel was very gentle with his teeth and was able to keep him relaxed threw the hole thing. very impressed!

I have been going to this office for almost 20 years. I have never had an issue. They have Saturday appointments which is very important since I live in Arlington and work in Coppel. If I have an issue with my tooth or mouth Dr Shadel takes the time to fix it to where I am comfortable. He does not hink anyone should have pain. He has a good sense of humor. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. They front office will work with my insurance to make sure I get the most out of my benefits. I have never had an issue.
