They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. PLUS the receptionist is a real charmer-very demeaning. NOT AFFORDABLE
