I was looking for a dentist as I am new to Paris, and when I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They scheduled be for an appointment that same day. When I got to the office, there was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. He and his assistant sat down with me and explained my problem and my options for treatment. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. Everyone from the receptionist to assistants to Dr Whitfield were all very professional, friendly, and courteous. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I no longer need to search for a dentist!

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
