I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Dr. Kalmowicz and the young hygienist were amazing individuals and very personable. The older hygienist and the front desk clerk need work in the customer service area. They were so unprofessional that even though the other staff members were really great it was over shadowed by the others that weren't. I also felt that they were really aggressive when it came trying to persuade you to purchase or have other procedures done. There job is to inform or suggest things but not to act like they are adults dealing with their own personal children. I hate it for Dr. Kalmowicz because they are going to run off more customers if they continue this way.
