Music was appropriate for the setting. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and they do amazing work.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I developed an toothache one week while Dr. Watson was on vacation and the office was closed. I left a message thinking they wouldn't get it until the next week, but she personally called me and took care of getting me treatment so I wouldn't be hurting all week. Dr. Hope Watson and her staff are A+ , and I must add, I and my family have been a patient for years.
