He is very knowledgeable regarding his profession. He spends the needed time with his patients, treats them appropriately with his professional manner. He saved my daughter's life by removing her impacted, infected wisdom teeth after she was hospitalized for 13 days with Ludwig's Angina, on 4 different IV antibiotics,with little improvement until her infected teeth were removed. Dr. Rivers was called in on day 12 of her hospital stay. She was fighting for her life!!! She improved so much after removal of the infected teeth that she got to come home 2 days later. She was hospitalized for a total of 15 days. I truly believe God sent him, as well as a few other doctors and nurses to save her life! Dr. Rivers says when he tells others that those infected teeth could kill them, that they don't believe him. I am here to say it is true. If he hadn't removed her bad teeth, she would have either died or would have been sent home to just end up going back to the hospital as nothing was resolving that infection that originated with the bad teeth and spread to her throat almost cutting off her airway! Dr. Rivers is an excellent doctor and surgeon! I would recommend him and will definitely want him to work on family and friends!
