The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Screwed up my billing for over 2 years and still can not get correct and is refusing to complete work until I pay more than $700 more then previously stated due to their error.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
Not at all, they were ridiculous!
