Dr. Allen Bush was able to work my wife in as an emergency patient due to her breaking off a crown that another dentist had done about a year prior. The dentist that had performed the original work said the earliest he would be able to get my wife in was mid July which was ludicrous due to the pain she was in and the fact that she has had two open heart surgeries and requires antibiotics any time she has an injury that is subject to infection.
Dr. Bush showed honest concern, was very polite and professional. As a result of his going above and beyond I would highly recommend Dr. Allen Bush to anyone including all my family.

I have been a long time patient(over 10 years) of Dr James Bush. He is a fine dentist and I had been pleased with services and willing to overlook the lack of diversity among the patients Flowing in and out of the office. Insulting though, was When that privileged, arrogant son showed up at the practice, fresh out of Dental school and acting like he was the "stuff". Dr James Bush simply stopped treating me and passed me off to the son, no explanation, no dialogue. Alan Bush, who honestly, has the patience of a badger has been short with me as if I am dim witted, spends minimal time with me and acts as though he is treating a mute. I was not even given opportunity to consent to his becoming my dentist. I was simply pawned off. I should have moved on then! I was obviously seen as "not so bright" to not have been asked if Iwould be opposed to be a guinea pig for sonny. II stayed because finding good dentists is so difficult in Nashville and I often overlook disrespect, thinking maybe, I should give benefit of doubt. Too bad I second guessed myself that way. After a recent procedure, I saw just how superficial and cold Alan is. He gave me a series of shots and they hurt despite a topical, Not one sorry or any comforting dialogue despite my groans. His demeanor spoke volumes of "suck it up ya big baby". I got it this time and will be moving on for sure. He hurt me repeatedly during the course of another procedure a couple years back and because I complained it hurt, he stormed out the room and mumbled he was gonna let Dad finish up. I am an older black individual so that is likely the real issue here. Black people, beware, they want your money but do not expect to be treated with respect! I can't believe I stayed so long!
