The entire experiance was terrible. I took my son in for his first dentist appt. and it was horrible. They were 15 minutes late and my son was the ONLY patient in the building. They were not friendly, they were not specific on any details. I had to specifically ask certain questions numerous times just to get a straight answer. And they even charged me a co-payment when my insurance did NOT require one. And if that's not worse, they disputed me when I called back to tell them and have it corrected. Very very poor service and very unprofessional. The dentist was very nice to my son though and he didn't know any different.
